Starting large, starting German to the sound of the Manics. The Früh isn't on yet but I thought I'f try a pint of Reissdorf Kölsch and yet it is a pint. The barstaff here are really good.

Anyway, looks like a lager, tastes like a bitter as it should. Really well carbonated and with an immediate bitter taste. B+

GWR - Cottage Brewing - 5.4% ABV. Creamy full bodied with a solid aftertaste, a grower B+ #Wetherspoons

Hanky Panky - Highgate - 4.8% ABV. Interesting taste but can't quite put my finger on it, nice though, B+ #Wetherspoons

Bishops Finger - Shepherd Neame - 5.0% ABV. Strong, fullsome Kentish ale, bit of a classic A- #Wetherspoons

Celtic Pride - Felinfoel - 5.0% ABV. Slightly creamy, nice looking but it just doesn't cut it. B #Wetherspoons

Paws - Cottage Brewing - 4.9% ABV. Nicely carbonated, smooth drinking with a gentle bitter aftertaste B+ #Wetherspoons

Triple XB - Batemans- 4.5% ABV. Refreshing, nicely bittered ale, very drinkable A- #Wetherspoons
